IECC over a dialup connection

I'm trying to use IECC over a dial-up connection, and cannot seem to connect to the server. When I'm directly connected to the network, I can connect to the server fine, but when dialed in to the network, I can't seem to see the server(s) (but I know they are there, and accessable through other means .... telnet, etc.) Anyone get IECC to work when NT client is not directly connected to the network?? Jon, Check first on the type of modem that you are using. On my laptop I run into a problem in which I can not directly connect to a server that is on the LAN that I normally connect to. The reason is that NT is trying to use the network connection instead of the modem to establish connectivity. What I often have to do is to change a TCP/IP address of my PC to a bogus address that can not be on my subnet. I don't if this is really your problem or not, but thought I'd mention it.
