Just a guess:
Maybe you're doing a "warm restore", which does the following:
1. Restore the Archive from Disk (your tables are in the DB now).
This is called "physical restore".
2. Rollforward the databases (i.e. repeating all committet transactions
since the last archive, rolling back open transactions).
This is called "logical restore" - and your tables are gone again.
A possible solution is: doing a "cold restore" (the server has to be down).
You cant't do that with onarchive (since onarchive needs the server to run),
try ondatartr.
Be careful: a cold restore cannot be limited to selected dbspaces, only the
full system can be restored.
Hope this helps,
Peter
