Powerbuilder vs. VB

This site is interested in possibly converting from Powerbuilder to VB for a small-medium sized Informix/PB app (179 tables 900 SP's) w/about 100 screens. Any tools to assist out there that anyone knows of? They are considering it because they have a big problem finding developer(s) who know Powerbuilder. So incidentally, they are also looking for one for a full time Gov. job in Seattle, WA. Any answers/takers? TIA
