Replication of a table to another table that is in a sharding environment

Hello community, I have created a replicate of a table between a single instance and the root node of a sharding. When I make inserts to the table of the root node of the shrading, the data is distributed among the participating nodes. However when the data arrives through the replicate, the data is inserted into the root node and not into the participants. Is this implementation missing any configuration? Thanks for your support. Hi Victor, this might be a consequence of data arriving via replication not, by default, being eligible for 'forward' replication, i.e. not being snooped by the ER log snooper. There's a thing called 'cascade replication' which would tell the snooper to consider such replicated transactions too, but you'd need to be on a fairly recent release, at least on that root node, to take advantage of this - what version are you running? If you need this working, please open a support case. BR, Andreas ------------------------------ Andreas Legner ------------------------------
Hi Andreas, Thank you very much for the reply. The version I'm using is 14.10.FC6. Once again, thank you very much for the answer. Victor. ------------------------------ Victor Huaquisto ------------------------------
