License issue

I recently "inherited" a 9 year's old application running on an old UNYSYS server with 4 dumb terminals, developed with Informix 4GL compiler. Now my customer wants to migrate all to Intel based PC server running on Linux. I asked the question "What should I buy as Informix products" to Informix France and sevral its distributors and got quite different answers. I conclude that I need to buy - 1 Informix 4GL compiler - 4 Informix 4GL compiler Run-time - 1 Informix SE develepment - 4 Informix SE Run-time As there are only 4 dumb terminals each of which runs a local client on the same server, do I really need the 4 Informix 4GL and SE run-time licenses?
