Necesitas hacer una unload de los datos. Luego drop de la tabla, realizas de nuevo create de la tabla, load de los datos y create de los indices. Con esto liberas espacio f'sico. Al hacer delete, el tama'o de la tabla se mantiene; no libera espacio.
