Data Warehousing Architect Needed

The Data Warehousing industry is growing very fast and my client is leading the pack. At this moment they are a 150 person company growing at 100% and they are projected to grow at this rate for the next two years. They are currently on the verge of going public and they are offering equity to new employees. Their is a lot of opportunity for growth with in the company and they have positions open at all levels from the beginning consultant level up to the CFO. I am currently searching for types of people: First type, is for someone that has extensive knowledge in OLAP, ROLAP, MDDS, Web Servers & RDBMS . Second type, is for someone that does not know Data Warehousing yet but has very high analytical skills and has been an over achiever in college (With a high SAT score and GPA). (If you are an over achiever you don't need to now Data Warehousing because they will train in one of the most intensive and robust training course currently available for this industry.) Position: Pre-sales support engineers Locations: New York, New Jersey, Boston, Dallas, Chicago, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Detroit, Minnesota, Dallas, Tampa and Northern VA. Compensation: Depends on experience- 60 to 80K base with a 25% bonus plus equity. Travel: 30 to 45% Position: Consultant Location: Northern VA, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago Compensation: Depends on experience- 40 to 70K (Maybe higher) plus bonus and equity Travel: 50% Position: Development experience: Windows, C, VB and Power builder.
