How to Uninstall IDS

Hi, We are using IDS 11.50.FC8W3 on Solaris Sparc. We have quite a few IDS versions installed on our production servers, which we would like to un-install to free some space there. I would like to know the procedure to un-install the following: IDS 5FC7 IDS 5FC6 IDS 5FC6W3 Thanks.
Just 'rm -fr' for each of the install directories. That's it. Just make certain that your running servers, which may be using a newer version of Informix, have not left their chunk links under the old directories. Art Art S. thanks for the reply. Just to make sure that does'nt the IDS Engine stores any reference links to the installed servers regarding any installed versions ? If we just remove the files/folders, it may impact the behavior of the machine. Thanks.
The only impact of removing the files from a version that you are no longer
using would be if the chunk paths (see onstat -d) happen to be stored under
one of those old subdirectories. Then you need to be careful to not delete
those files or links.
Some of the older versions also left links to shared libraries under the
old $INFORMIXDIR/lib directories linked into /lib, but since 9.40 that
practice stopped and nothing should be referencing those old links even if
they are still there. If they are there, and /lib/fuser says that they are
not currently being accessed, then you can even remove those old links from
/lib.
