use Active Server Pages to access Informix On-Line 5.x Database, Error=-406

I want to use Active Server Pages to query data from Informix. I Install Informix On-Line 5.x on IBM RS6000, AIX version 4.2 IIS on Microsoft NT 4.0 with SP3 When I create ServerObject in ASP to connecto to Informix Database, It shows the following error code: Microsoft OLE DB Provider to ODBC Drivers error '80004005' [INTERSOLV][ODBC Informix driver][Informix] Unable to load locale categories State=S1000, Error=-406 Any suggestion ?
