HEEELLP!!! Online 7.1 on DEC Alpha 2100 Hang

Sorry folks, I should have done this to the Informix Tech Support here. I have done it and they not able to bring up my system yet and no proper explanation to the problem. FYI We are running Financial Application and about to close February A/C last Tuesday. The system is Digital Alpha 2100 OSF/1 3.2A using INFORMIX Online 7.11UC. We have no choice but to rebbot system. But when we try to startup Informix engine the whole system hang again. We even try to restore but when we try to rollforward the logical logs again the system hang. Without rolling forward the online restore will complete still in recovery mode. When we take the engine offline we can't bring the online up again complaining not able to initialize shared memory. Still waiting for Tech Support torectify the problem. If there are anybody out there had experienced the same problem would very much oblige for your wise advice before somebody head roll. Thank you in advance and regards.
