(NASDAQ:IFMX) has signed an agreement with Investment Intelligence Systems Corporation (IISC), of London and Washington, DC, giving IISC the rights to enhance, support, market, and distribute its Wingz(R) Real Time spreadsheet software. Under the agreement, IISC will take over customer support and maintenance for new and existing Wingz Real Time customers, and will join the more than 25 distributors of the product worldwide. IISC will also develop modifications and enhancements to the product such as new platform compatibility and support for additional market sectors. In addition, IISC may plan and implement real-time enhancements to other tools products in the Informix family such as INFORMIX-HyperScript(R) Tools. Wingz Real Time and HyperScript Tools remain Informix products and new versions developed in partnership with IISC will continue to be manufactured by Informix and sold by its worldwide sales force.
