C-ISAM and SE

I have a client that is using an old Informix SE database on SCO 3.2.4.2. They want to upgrade to SCO Openserver 5. I know the cost of SE, but can anyone tell me if that includes the libraries and isam include files necessary to write the calls, or do I need to buy that separately? Thanks
