I haven't read anything about these new-fangled processors. From what you are implying, it sounds like it's really a 1.8 or 1.5 processor chip? How is the "2nd" processor restricted? This chip might be a specific case where "processor zero" must be reserved for hardware and O/S duties by setting the AFF_ parameters properly.
