Well giza clue. Up to version 5.x the answer is pretty much "yes". You
can only drop an entire dbspace and only if it is empty.
In versions later than 5.x you can drop individual chunks, but again,
only if they are empty. So you will have to move the databases and
tables manually using something like onunload and onload, then drop the
chunks and re-assign them.
If the tables are fragmented, then you can use ALTER FRAGMENT to move
the data around.
