Q: Online Dynamicserver 7.22 for NT4.0 and locale en_us.1252

Hi, i have installed die evaluation product from Informix Online dynamic server for NT Server4.0 version 7.22. If I log into the system as Administrator that's no problem, I can start dbexplorer and so on, but if i log in as "informix" or another user, I can not start dbexplorer with the error : cannot find en_us.1252 ?????
