Yes.
She is running the same .arc, with the same sacego, as the 'good' user.
That leaves the environment (no joy) and the engine (is she connecting to
the same engine) - I need to check to make sure that there is indeed a log
record noting her IStar connection - but in my other tests she was looking
at the same databases.
Additional piece of info:
the ace report in question is doing:
select tab1.a,tab1.b
from tab1
where a=$var
format
if count = 0
then
print "No records found"
else
print b using "<<<<"
end
The report is literally that simple.
It is this second print (print b) where the error occurs. I have tried
completely qualifying the column (tab1.b - I can't remember if that works
syntactically - seems suspect to me) as well as aliasing, and removing 'tab1'
from the column spec. No joy - red herring?
cheers
