raw disk space

Hi All!.. Here is a simple question from novice ;-) How can i find out how much free disk space is left on a raw disk device? Details: Sparc Solaris 2.5.1, INFORMIX-OnLine Dynamic Server Version 7.14.UD1XH. Informix uses two unnamed slices for its dbspaces.
