NO AGE

I have IDS 9.21.HC4 running on HP-UX 11.11 (rp7410), and I have set NOAGE=1. But I see on the online.log the following error: Could not disable priority aging: errno = 1 The patch level of HP-UX is December 2002. Has anybody encountered this? Do I need some additional patches? The release note says that priority aging is supported in this platform. And what will be the detrimental effect of this?
