Info on IBM RS/6000 port

Folks, We are looking at moving applications from HP 9000/ HP-UX 9.04 to an RS/6000. Does anyone have any experience or warnings for anything that we need to know before deciding on this move? I'm assuming that Informix (5.02) is identical. How about the OS?
