Hi Folks, I've noticed that dropping Distributions before running the UPDATE STATISTICS on a table (with Distribution) helps to improve the Performance on that table by more than 60%. UPDATE STATISTICS FOR TABLE MyTable DROP DISTRIBUTIONS; UPDATE STATISTICS FOR TABLE MyTable; Can anyone out there confirm this for me, Please ?
