This message normally indicates that the Online was previously brought
up and there are shared memory segments still hanging around after the
Online was shutdown or aborted for some reason. Normally, all you need
to do is an 'ipcs' command to see what shared memeory segments exists
and then do an 'ipcrm x key' where x = segment type such as 'm' or 'q'
and key is the key value from your ipcs command. After this is done,
you can restart your Online or in your case, reinit.
