D4gl Printing on NT

We're running D4gl on NT and seem to be having a problem printing. If we print from an application (START REPORT TO PRINTER) then the printer (OKI 320 Turbo) seems to go into High Speed Draft mode and the report does not print correctly. If we change the application to print to a flat file and then use the DOS/NT "PRINT" command then the report prints correctly. In both cases the report goes through the NT printer manager but have different sizes. It almost seems that the application is sending escape sequences down to the printer that are being interpreted incorrectly. We have loaded the correct driver for the printer. Any ideas?
