My suggestion would be dbexport to tape. The options do exist in verion 5. It should then be reloaded to the separate instance. I can't think of any way of doing this using the archive. There are ways it could be done to a separate machine using archive, but these need advance planning before creating the first instance for them to work with multiple residency.
