Posted in 2004
We are using HDR in version 7.31FD3 here, but I'm about to give up on that. The secondary keeps failing - but I have a feeling it is network related. But every time it fails, I can't sync the 2 again. I have to rebuild the secondary from scratch. :-( -----Original Message----- From: owner-informix-list@iiug.org [mailto:owner-informix-list@iiug.org] On Behalf Of Simmons, Keith Sent: Friday, June 18, 2004 12:49 PM To: Andrew Hamm Cc: informix-list@iiug.org Subject: RE: Database replication with 9.4 Unless you're on 9.4, then you can use both together Keith -> -----Original Message----- -> From: Andrew Hamm [mailto:ahamm@mail.com] -> Sent: Friday, June 18, 2004 8:05 AM -> To: informix-list@iiug.org -> Subject: Re: Database replication with 9.4 -> -> -> brett wrote: -> > Hi all -> > -> > Has anybody used the data replication feature of IDS 9.4 ? -> > -> > For the manual it looks very exciting and will provide the solution -> > for our proposed redundant database site. -> -> I've used Enterprise Replication (ER) with 7ish engines and -> so have many -> people.
