You can catch active thread with 'onstat -g act -r 2'.
Then you can use value of 'rstcb' column of previous output
to catch session: 'onstat -u | grep value_of_rstcb
Then you can get sql causing high CPU utilization, though
the source of problem can be not query itself but anything
in your configuration, database design, etc.
'onstat -g ses' will show you hostname of particular user.
