IInformix 7.20 hang

Hi, I have a big problem with an Informix server 7.20uc2 on AIX 4.2.1 wich hang on checkpoint required. What happens: the system disk crashed and was replaced by IBM, the system was reinstalled and Informix too. No command can unblock informix unless i stop the instance but all data modification ae lost. It seems to me that i have the problem when the logical log complete event occurs as i could see in the message log. The server is old (6 or 7 years) and has only 64 Mb RAM. But as my client said : "It worked before !!" You'll see below the result of "onstat -a" when blocked . Any help is appreciated. I have that problem before 3 years and have no response from support.
