root dbspace full. Question?. Informix 5.00 UC3

The aplications (Dbaccess) running on Informix 5.00 = UC3. In one moment the root dbspace is completed very fast = and the others programs can=B4t run. Ej.: tbstat -d|grep rootdbs Space Free dbspace 500000 470000 rootdbs=20 Aplication xx 500000 40 rootdbs The message is 'can not alloc space temp' or something = else. Somebody know about this.
