Server Agent and CPU Usage

Hi I'm using 7.22 TC1, Windows NT 4 SP3, 256 RAM and have noticed that my CPU is showing peaks of usage every 15 seconds. In these peaks CPU usage is 100%. When testing, I've stopped the INFORMIX-OnLine Server Agent in Control Panel and the peaks of processor stops. GUI tools, like command center and space explorer cannot connect to the server but users can work normally when the service is stopped.
