"The MI_LOCKS paramater specifies the number of locks to allocate
from shared memory.
If the lock table seems to be running out of space (error s1003),
try increasing MI_LOCKS."
Set MI_LOCKS to the number of pages in your big table. Alternatively,
try looking at Appendix E of the _Illustra_User's_Guide_.
