We had exactly the same problem except we are running under AIX 4.3.1. In our particular instance we were able to drop the table and recreate it but the next time it may not be that easy. We ran into another problem with ONBAR being unable to do level 1 backups if you have the DBTEMPSPACE parameter set. Level 0 and log backups work fine but not level 1. Level 1 backups will work if you list the dbspaces you wish to backup. This problem is supposed to be corrected in an upcoming maintenance release of Informix 7.3.
