The rowid is clearly invalid ...the rowid is in the format: 0xLLLLLLSS (where L = logical page offset in the tablespace and S = slot# in the page). The rowid you are getting is pointing to Slot 0 which obviously is wrong ...to me it looks more like a PAGE LOCK than anything else .... u better call up support and open up a case for this one. I would contact the Informix Support or any guru from this NG, because this might be a problem on disk ( but you've checked that already ), might be a problem inside your RAM or might be an ordinary bug.
