I'd sure like to see some comments from any Informix gurus as to the best way to
make them useful. I would love to see derived fields supported by Informix,
such as Interbase's method. There are probably several other DBMS's out there
which support this, though I'm not familiar with them. Views just don't seem to
work well enough without some heavy-duty hardware.
Any comments?
