Performance problem IDS 7.31 on NT4

Hi,
We still work with IDS 7.31 on a windows NT4 (virtual) server.
We have 13 servers in total and since a few days now (without any changement
in config file), we have performace problems on 2 of them:
CPU usage 100% by oninit process,
Checkpoints of 100 seconds and more,...
I see with "onstat -iov" that the number of diskwrites and wakeups is
increasing very rapidly, but I don't find a specific proces that causes the
problem (onstat -u).
Even after a shutdown, it continues the same way.
Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks in advance!!
