Moving database to another existence database

What are the steps involved to move database (which includes tables, 4gl module s, etc.) to another existence database? I can't seem to find any detail anywhere. Any help would be great. Currently, I am verfying the table against the another table that is not in the same database. The verfying makes the ADD/UPDATE functions very slow. Therefore, I want to move database to another existenace database. Thanks in advance. Ruchi.
