Problem with RESTORE - any ideas

Hi, We use OnLine 5.05 on DEC 3000 model 500 Alpha AXP server with OSF/1 version 3.0 . During data restore (restore option from tbmonitor) from archive I've got message on the screen (after accepting dbspaces to restore) : Error reading from the disk, Error No. = 0. and in message log : I/O bad request chunk 2, pagenum 24494, pagecnt 8 (The whole configuration consists of 3 dbspaces : rootdbs, logs, gmg; tbstat -d : Dbspaces address number flags fchunk nchunks flags owner name 833870 1 1 1 1 N informix GMAT_GMX 8338a8 2 1 2 1 N informix logs 8338e0 3 1 3 1 N informix gmg 3 active, 8 total Chunks address chk/dbs offset size free bpages flags pathname 832ef0 1 1 0 74500 70280 PO- /dev/online9d 832f88 2 2 0 24500 2 PO- /dev/online9b 833020 3 3 0 149500 98648 PO- /dev/online9e 3 active, 16 total ) I checked disk using dd, diskx, scu commands and no errors report (also nothing in system error log). My disk partition (chunk 2 - logs ) is 25000 pages - chunk size is 24500 pages. I reinitialized the whole Informix instance without problems, but still have the same problem with restore (exactly the same messages). Any ideas ?
