firstin your where clause you would say WHERE txn_aid IN (1000,2000) if txn_aid is an integer field ELSE WHERE txn_aid IN ('1000','2000' )if it is a char field.AND job_date > "12/1/96" any questions email me at greggd09@aol.com I'll put the rest together for you
