FGLGO (not responding)

We are working with the 2.0 SE version. When we want to start any application made with NewEra 2.0, Window95 jams en reponds with FGLGO(not responding). Old applications made with 1.1 work only when started with the Application Builder. When we want to start them with the Apllication Launcher or a seperate DOS-session, we get the same result. Has anyone had the same problem? What is causing the problem?
