2 CPU VP's

I have a Sparc 20 with 2 processors with Solaris 2.4 and Online 7.11UC1. I have been thinking of incrementing the amount of CPU VP's from one to two. I don't use the server for anything else other that for the Informix application. Any feedback from who has played with this before. thanks,
