Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

thanks for reply!
Of course I have, the manual says:
if you access an NLS database and DBNLS set 1, the app locale must match
the database locale (i set CLIENT_LOCALE and DB_LOCALE first to the same
value, next to NULL. Both means no conversion needed
see:" Informix-esql/c programmers supplement for win32 ver7.1 4-37
disabling codeset conversion")
because I was not sure it's correct I 've also tried the other version
manual suggest:
if you access an NLS database and DBNLS set 1, the app locale and database
local can differ
No changes inf. errno -406 :(((
other tipps??
TIA
