A table can use either row level (same as SE) or page level locking. To list the tables
and their respective settings, use:
SELECT tabname, locklevel
FROM systables
WHERE tabid > 99 -- Ignore system tables
AND tabtype = "T" -- Only look at tables
The locklevel field is set to 'R' for row level, and 'P' for page level locking. You can
change the lock level by using ALTER TABLE.
