Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Inf-y2kfix is a program for patching old (pre-DBCENTURY) Informix
database engines and development tools to properly handle dates with
two-digit years in the next century. It doesn't attempt to emulate
DBCENTURY rules, but simply introduces a fixed 100-year window and
lets you select the pivot year (which defaults to 50).
The program currently works for statically linked SCO UNIX (COFF)
executables and those Informix products that I have had access to.
Specifically, it was written to fix the following software:
INFORMIX-SE Version 4.00.UD4
INFORMIX-SQL Version 4.00.UE2
INFORMIX-4GL Version 4.00.UE3
INFORMIX-4GL Development System Version 4.00.UG1A4
If you are interested, see
http://solair.eunet.yu/~iian/informix.html
where you will find the program itself and a more detailed description
of its operation. The program is GPL'ed and distributed as a gzipped
source-code archive.
