261 errors w/ HDR

Moved a vendor application to newer, faster, more 'disk-enhanced' systems. [ RH AS 3 Linux, IDS 9.40.UC2, 4 3GHz procs, 10GB RAM, HDR ] In the start-up environment on the new boxes, I added "IFX_DEF_TABLE_LOCKMODE=ROW", thinking that this should be a good thing. Wrong. Now the vendor's apps running on the secondary side are randomly getting 261/113 errors (a couple times/day) for what I believe are temp tables. I'll try running the secondary (primary?) w/o that env parm set, but has anyone else seen this? Is it a timing problem from the HDR secondary syncing? Bob
