A basic Online question

I have a real basic question... I am trying to configure and start Informix-Online I have set up the environment variables.. Allocated Disk space as Unix files.. Prepared ONCONFIG andchanged it to match the new server name.. ROOTPATH etc.. I have also modified the sqlhosts.. Now the question: When I run oninit -i I get a error oninit: Fatal error in shared memory creation.. It is Online version 7.1 Siva siva@oes.amdahl.com
