CGI Infinite Loop

I have the following problem when executing a 4GL CGI prog. on an intranet site. The program goes into an infinite loop when the user presses the stop button in netscape while the program is in the middle of downloading the output from the database. Have tried the following: WHENEVER ERROR STOP WHENEVER ERROR CALL html_error_msg html_error_msg basically outputs an error webpage and then CALL icgi_free() and exit program. Nothing works. The only way to end the program is to kill the process on the server. Anyone have any ideas?? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Byron Culpepper
