Luse, I think by specifying only 1 unique type of Interface/Protocol
combination
in your sqlhosts file, you only get 1 poll thread anyway.
By specifying the Interface/Protocol entries as your DBSERVERALIASES, the
poll thread will run on a NET VP
by default.
Thus, your NETYPE entry is ignored or has no effect.
