Business Casual doesn't mean you can't wear suits and ties. It just means that you don't HAVE to. Some probably still will. Business casual refers to a relaxed standard of dress which usually means: Dress shirt (button up, polo style, etc. Short sleeves/sweaters are o.k.) Dress pants (Dockers, etc. No jeans) Dress shoes (loafers, lace ups, sometimes even Topsider style. No sneakers) Generally, think of it as what'd you'd wear while dining at a decent restaurant. Business casual allows use of more color, while standard business dress usually requires white or near-white shirts, along with the other require- ments. I've gone on too long already...
