Centrex and Cenpac/Telpac

A number of questions about First Tel Sys offerings for centrex, Cenpac and Telpac: 1. Which features do they and don't they support? 2. Do they support p-phones? Single DN or p-phones with more than one DN assigned. 3. What other concepts do they support: - Hunt Group concepts (circular hunting, DNH, other hunt group concepts?) - ACD Groups? - UCD Groups? - MADN Groups? 4. Lastly are there any alternatives to Cenpac/Telpac? Thanks in advance for any help on this.
