OK, I'm poking in the dark here, but you might want to check out OnLine/Secure (which could be an overkill). Also, if you set up OnLine 7 with auditing, you can check whether your DBA has stuck his nose in (although you can't stop him from doing it). Probably the easiest way is to get the DBA to sign an agreement of confidentiality and fire him if he breaks it.... :-/ It would be interesting to hear if there *are* any clever workarounds, because I'm not even sure that OL/Secure will do the job (and it's bound to be a major pain in the ass).
