Page is corrupt during onbar
During an onbar Level 0 archive, corrupt pages (5:45816160 and 5:45816168) were detected. A query against sysextents was provided to identify which table owned the corrupt pages. After running oncheck CDI and attempting repairs proved insufficient, the solution was to rebuild/restore the affected table to remove invalid records.

Sorry I didn´t saw your link in 11.70.
Well, in case that your mentioned table is online.log file is not corrected
through oncheck utility, you must open a PMR, you must have some data
inconsistency issue on that one.
Worse case? Rebuild the table, removing the invalid records.
