Re: Report to file

You can also define an output file for a report with the start report command. The manual suggests that you need to start report o a quoted string. Actually the manual Informix-4gl Reference volume One Version 6.0 says you must use a quoted string. However, I have seen many instances of being able to use a variable. Use at your own risk, caveat whatever, I didn't tell you this, and don't blame me. Good luck -- Con Woodall Colorado St. U.; Veterinary Teach. Hosp.; Ft.
